Do I have to bring my own yoga mat?

If you have a yoga mat that you don't mind getting a bit messy, we encourage you to bring it. Otherwise we offer yoga mat and blanket rentals when you check in for the class. Yoga mats are $5 and a Yoga mat and Blanket $8.

Can children do Goat Yoga?

We do not recommend children under 10 participate in any of our Goat Yoga or Yin Yoga with Goats Classes. As a part of the experience the goats usually jump on your back and they weight anywhere from 15 to 20 lbs. Please consider this when considering bringing your kids to a class. We do have other fun and safe ways for children to interact with our goats, like playtime or goat walks. Check them out here.
